Australian Blues guitarist Derrin Nauendorf will be appearing at Bar  Allioli, Estacion de Jimera de Libar on Saturday 11 June, 2010 at 14.00h.

The internationally-toured Islanders Folkband will be appearing for one night only at Bar  Allioli, Estacion de Jimera de Libar on Wednesday 19 May. They’ll be flying into Malaga and playing Bar Allioli before heading off to play the 4th Mata International Festival in Morroco.

Following the huge success of last year’s mini Woodstock of the Guadiaro Valley it's back again this year – bigger and better. On Saturday, 8 May, 2010 the area will rock to ten hours of live music at the new picturesque riverside venue of Camping Jimera de Libar - just off the road between Cortes de la Frontera and Benaojan.

The Guadiaro Valley's first International Bier Festival last weekend certainly proved to be a massive success. Staged by Paul Darwent at his Bar Allioli in Estacion de Jimera, the event sported a huge beer tent and live music throughout the day. The square was packed to bursting with revellers of all ages.

Jimera de Libar celebrates its annual feria from August 6 - 9.

Are you in business in the Guadiaro Valley? Bar Allioli in Jimera de Libar was the venue for an inaugural meeting to discuss how to improve business for all of us in the area.

Crowds turned out in their hundreds in Jimera de Libar on Saturday evening for the Romeria (pilgrimage) for the Virgen de la Salud (Virgin of Health).
